Return Eligibility
- Return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all contents intact, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
Non‑Refundable Shipping Charges
- Once the product is handed over to the courier with the address provided at order placement, shipping and packing charges are non‑refundable.
- This applies to all domestic and international orders, including refusal or non‑acceptance.
Return Shipping & Costs
- All return shipping, courier, customs, tax, and legal charges are borne entirely by the customer.
- Parkovel is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Fixed Deductions (Domestic Orders – India)
- The following fixed deduction amount will be deducted from the refundable amount towards shipping, handling, and packaging charges.
- This deduction applies after the product is received and inspected and is applicable only to approved returns.

International Orders
- Actual shipping charges (outbound and return) will be deducted.
